February Employee of the Month – Jessica Morris

Congratulations to Jessica Morris for being named Employee of the Month for February 2026. Jessica works as a nurse in Outpatient Chemo and Infusion. Jessica was nominated for her outstanding efforts and contributions to our mission, vision, and values at Med Center Health.

“Jessica is not only dependable and shows up each day, but she is a resource to all of her peers. She is continually providing information or training to others in our department. She took the preceptor class and is our go-to for training new staff, as well. She has also sought to continue to improve on her own knowledge base and skills to be an expert in her area with her Oncology Certification this past year. She regularly engages in ideas for better processes in the department. Outside of the clinical setting, she is always the one rallying the troops to do food drives, toy drives, and donations for those in need.
