Dillard’s Gift Card & Shopping Event!
Friday, December 10 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
at Dillard’s in Greenwood Mall, Bowling Green
Med Center Health employees may purchase gift cards for up to $250 by filling out the on-line form at MCHealth.Foundation/Dillards. The gift cards can be picked up at Dillard’s on Friday, December 10 during the event hours (11am-6pm) or mailed to you. If you pick up at Dillard’s, you can shop immediately with the gift card. If you fill out the online form, please do not fill out another form on-site at Dillard’s.
All shoppers will be entered into a drawing to win your purchase back!
PRE-SHOP AT DILLARD’S DECEMBER 5-9.
Bring your purchases to Customer Service during normal business hours each day. You will need to fill out a form at Dillard’s with pick up and pay on Friday, December 10.
- During the week of the event, be sure to check Dillard’s ads for deals and discounts.
- A badge reader for Med Center Health employees will be on site at Dillard’s on December 10.
