She is deeply committed to staff education and continually seeks ways to enhance our nursing practice through innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based learning. Recently, Tammy demonstrated exceptional creativity and initiative by constructing a colon model from everyday grocery supplies to support education and improve understanding of colon surgery processes. She is constantly doing things like this. Tammy is also a voice of reason within our team.
