COVID-19 Vaccine available at Employee Health
The COVID-19 vaccine is available at Employee Health Services in the Commonwealth Medical Plaza on the campus of The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Employees can get the vaccine in Employee Health by appointment only. While encouraged to get the vaccine at Employee Health, employees can still receive it at Medical Center Urgentcare or, if available, their primary care provider.
As a reminder, the process has not changed at The Medical Centers at Albany, Caverna, Franklin and Scottsville — those employees should call either the Employee Health Representative at their respective facility or the designated vaccine clinic phone number for their respective facility to schedule their vaccines. All those getting the vaccine will be asked to wait the 10-15-minute observation period after the injection.
