The Medical Center at Albany Announces Launch of Community Health Needs Assessment; Seeks Public Input through Survey

The Medical Center at Albany, the leading healthcare provider in the region, is pleased to announce the start of our 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This comprehensive evaluation is conducted every three years to identify and address the most pressing health needs in our community. As part of this process, the Medical Center at Albany is actively seeking feedback from community members to ensure that its services reflect local health priorities and challenges. The Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky (CEDIK) with the University of Kentucky is supporting our hospital in collecting data and providing analysis.
The CHNA plays a vital role in helping the hospital and other organizations understand the unique health concerns of residents in Clinton and surrounding counties. The findings will guide the development of targeted programs, services, and partnerships aimed at improving health outcomes and ensuring access to quality care for all.
We Need Your Voice!
As part of the assessment process, [Hospital Name] is conducting a brief survey to gather insights directly from the community. We invite all residents to participate, whether they have been patients at [Hospital Name] or not. The feedback will help shape future healthcare services, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the people we serve.
