Reminder: Med Center Health Patient Safety Culture Survey 2026

The Kentucky Hospital Association began conducting its survey on behalf of The Medical Center Health on August 31st. The results are important and are used to develop action plans to improve processes.

It will only take a few minutes to complete and your feedback is strictly confidential. All questions must be answered and the “Submit” button clicked for the survey responses to be counted as completed.
