Over the Edge benefits Child Advocacy Center

On the weekend of September 15-16, three Med Center Health and two Team Health employees stepped up to the edge of the Stadium Park Plaza roof and went “over the edge” to rappel down the 5-story building. This fearless act demonstrated their support for the Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center that offers a child-friendly location where teams of professionals work together to pursue justice and offer treatment for child sexual abuse victims. Proceeds from Over The Edge support these services and help the Center increase its prevention efforts.

Rappelers included Dr. Ian Stines with Med Center Health Heart, Lung & Vascular Surgeons; Dr. Ben Banasiewicz with Med Center Health’s Women’s Health Specialists; Amy Hardin, Executive Director of Med Center Health Foundation; Jess Ingram, APC with Team Health; and, Jessica Strunk, PA with Team Health. Med Center Health was a Presenting Sponsor and Team Health was the Live Stream sponsor for this incredible event.
