Med Center Health wins eHealthcare Leadership Awards
Med Center Health has been honored with two eHealthcare Leadership Awards – The Silver Award for Best COVID-19 Pandemic Related Communications and a Distinction Award for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign.
The Best COVID-19 Pandemic Related Communications Award recognizes the Marketing team’s adeptness during the pandemic at communicating to the public the rapidly-changing information needed about staying safe from COVID-19. Our two graphic designers produced thousands of pieces to carry the message of stop the spread and to provide easy-to-understand messaging for our patients in various facilities. Methods included signage, commercials, web and social media content, news releases and media appearances.
For the Best Integrated Marketing Campaign, Med Center Health’s April and May 2021 campaign to raise stroke awareness in younger adults was submitted. Marketing’s larger mission was to have adults of all ages return for screenings that can prevent chronic disease. Because stroke is largely preventable, younger adults were challenged to check in on their health. Great feedback was received, including one 39-year-old man who said, “I saw your billboard and I thought, ‘Man, maybe I should get a checkup!’”
