Med Center Health Internal Medicine residency team wins competition

The Internal Medicine team from Med Center Health recently came in first place at the local annual American College of Physicians (ACP) Doctor’s Dilemma competition.

The Doctor’s Dilemma competition is a Jeopardy-style game where a moderator asks medical questions and the residency team that hits the buzzer the quickest gets an opportunity to answer.

The Internal Medicine program is directed by Dr. Sam Hardcastle and the Associate Program Director is Dr. Suman Shekar. The Internal Medicine team from Bowling Green includes Parnia Choubdar, MD; Michael Smith, DO; Nada Qureshi, MD and Hamza Mufarrih, MD.

Med Center Health’s winning team will now go onto ACP’s annual internal medicine meeting in Boston in the Spring of 2024.
