Med Center Health initiates new patient safety program!
Patients at The Medical Center at Bowling Green are in good hands! Our dedicated team at Med Center Health has come up with a unique safety handoff – a special “Ticket to Ride” that ensures seamless communication between healthcare workers. Thank you to our team of healthcare professionals for going above and beyond every day to keep our patients safe.
The updated process is anticipated to decrease adverse patient events as well as improve patient satisfaction and interdepartmental communication.
