The Med Center Health Employee Survey is currently underway and will be open through Sunday, September 25. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and will provide valuable information that will help us make future decisions about life at Med Center Health.

You should have received an email invitation on September 12. If you have not completed the survey, you should also receive an email reminder from Perceptx today, September 16.
