MCH participates in event for community in need

Med Center Health was proud to participate in The Foundry’s Fun and Fitness Event held on July 9. The purpose of the event was to reach those on the west side of Bowling Green who might not otherwise be able to afford essential health screenings.

Many health screenings, such as blood pressure, were available to participants during the event. The Dental Clinic’s Josh Phillips, DMD, and Kayla Jenkins, Dental Hygienist, provided free screenings to pre-school children and their families. Information about nutrition and wellbeing was provided by Marie Vincent with Community Wellness, and people also learned about services available through The Community Clinic.
