Let’s Talk Reward
How does it work?
Invite experienced or new graduate RNs to schedule and complete an interview with our Nurse Recruiter and receive a $50 Amazon gift card.
You or your referral can contact the recruitment team directly at 270-745-1585 or by emailing MeffMA@mchealth.net.
Then what?
We will contact you when your referral has completed their interview.
Buddy Bucks
How does it work?
If your RN is hired into a full-time or part-time position you can earn up to $3,000 in Buddy Bucks.
You will receive $1,000 after 3 months, $1,000 after 6 months of employment, and $1,000 at their 1-year anniversary in a full-time position.
If your RN is hired into a part-time position, you will received $500 after 3 months, $500 at 6 months of employment, and $500 at their 1-year anniversary.
This program is only available for the first 50 hires, so act fast to get your referrals submitted!
*Buddy Bucks are subject to taxation.
