In Memoriam – Stephanie McFadden

It is with regret that we inform you that Med Center Health employee Stephanie McFadden passed away on January 13, 2025. Stephanie began working in Environmental Services at The Medical Center at Bowling Green in October 2005. In 2015, she transitioned to working as a Unit Clerk on 4B at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Please join us in extending sympathies to her family, friends, and colleagues.

Stephanie had an incredible gift to bring those around her together, found joy in helping anyone in need, and was extremely proud and protective of all of her coworkers that she called her family.
