Health & Fitness Expo and MCH 10K Classic

The Health & Fitness Expo is this Friday, October 14, the day before the Med Center Health 10K Classic! This year’s Health & Fitness Expo is proudly sponsored by US Foods.

Activities will run continuously from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex. There will be numerous vendors offering information of interest to runners.

In addition, adjacent to the Health & Fitness Expo, the delicious pre-race pasta dinner will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. All 10k wheelchair, 10k, & 5k racers (or participants) are invited to enjoy pasta, fresh garden salad, bread, dessert and beverage, and it’s all FREE when you present your race number at the door. Additional tickets can be purchased.

Med Center Health 10K Classic

The “10K Classic” includes the 10K wheelchair race, 5K run/walk, 1.5 mile fun walk and the Children’s Classic. Now in its 43rd year, Med Center Health 10K Classic is known by all as “The Race for Everyone.” This event captures every age and athletic ability and encourages the true mission of this race, health for all ages.
