Employee Survey Opens September 12
The Med Center Health Employee Survey will open on Monday, September 12, and we want to hear from you! We are looking for your candid and constructive feedback. With your help, we can continue to identify ways to make Med Center Health a more productive and inclusive place to work.
On September 12, you will receive an email from Perceptyx, an outside company we have partnered with to manage our survey professionally and confidentially. The survey will be available from September 12 through September 25. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and each question provides valuable information.
You will receive a unique survey link to your work email address. You can click the link to complete the survey. You can also access the survey from your smart phone by scanning the QR code which can be found on posters displayed throughout the organization. (If you choose to complete the survey this way, you will need to enter your Employee ID number).
