COVID screening website for employees
You can now complete your COVID screening using your smartphone. It’s easy — simply take your temperature at home and answer the COVID screening questions before coming to work!
Smartphone screening eliminates the need to stop at a screening station when you enter the building.
Accessing the COVID Screening Website from your Smartphones:
- Using your smartphone*, click the following link medcenterhealth.org/screening
- Before the beginning of your scheduled shift, log in by entering your MCH “user name.” For example: HarwSK and then enter your MCH password.
- Enter your temperature, complete the screening questions and attest your answers are valid.
- If your result is a GREEN screening, report to your work station.
- If your result is a RED screen, contact Employee Health before reporting to work. Employee Health is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm at 270-745-1263; all other times call the Hospital Operator at 270-745-1000 and ask for the Employee Health RN on call.
If you have technical issues or prefer not to use the COVID screening website, you may continue to be screened at work. For questions regarding screening for your department, please contact your manager.
