Celebrating 100 Years with 100 Acts of Service

We are proud to launch a special, system-wide initiative that reflects who we are and why we serve: 100 Acts of Service.
Throughout our 100th year, Med Center Health team members will participate in 100 Acts of Service across the communities we serve. This initiative honors a century of compassionate care by giving back in meaningful, hands-on ways.
How It Works
- Monthly Service Opportunities: Each month, a variety of service opportunities will be shared, allowing employees to participate individually or as part of a team.
- Monthly Collection Drives: Every month will also feature a collection drive benefiting external nonprofit partners or departments within Med Center Health. These drives help extend our impact beyond our walls while supporting patients, families, and community partners.
- Donation Locations:
- MCBG: Joe Thompson, Volunteer Services
- CHC: Corie Martin, Marketing office, 2nd Floor
- Albany: Wanda Roeper, Main Lobby
- Caverna: Donna Hatcher, Business Office
- Glasgow: Laura Belcher, Administration
- Franklin: Annette Runyon, Administration
- Russellville: Katie Taylor, Administration
- Scottsville: Samantha Traughber, Administration
Get Involved
We invite you to help shape this initiative. If you have ideas for service opportunities or community partnerships—whether for individual or group participation—we’d love to hear from you. Please contact Joe Thompson in Volunteer Services at THOMJS01@mchealth.net or at 270-745-1215 to sign up to volunteer or to recommend a volunteer opportunity.
More information will be coming your way soon and you may access the monthly drive information on the MCH Portal. Together, we are excited to spread our mission across the region and celebrate 100 years of caring by serving the communities who have trusted us for a century.
Thank you for being part of this meaningful milestone.
