Welcome, Pharmacy Residents!

Med Center Health is excited to announce the two residents who have matched with our PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program. Nigel Heard and Sydni Richardson will be joining our pharmacy team this summer. Congratulations and welcome!

Ben Nigel Heard was born and raised in Memphis, TN and attended undergrad at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He currently attends Belmont University College of Pharmacy in Nashville, TN. Nigel’s primary pharmacy interest is critical care with a goal of a PGY2 in critical care. In his spare time, Nigel enjoys watching football and basketball, traveling, going to concerts, and game nights with friends.

Sydni Richardson is a 2022 graduate of the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University. She is originally from Johnson City, TN and completed her BS in Pharmacy Studies at ETSU. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, toxicology and critical care. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys watching college football, playing with her two dogs Babs and Maverick, and spending quality time with her husband, friends and family.
