Walk, Run, Bike or Jog at Trek at the Track
Whether you walk, run, bicycle or inline skate, Wendy’s Trek at the Track at the NCM Motorsports Park in Bowling Green is the place to be. Sponsored by Med Center Health, the 3.2-mile paved course is open on Tuesday evenings and is free to the public.
Located at 505 Kimberlee A. Fast Drive, off I-65, exit 28, the track is easy to access from Porter Pike. Plenty of free parking is available.

Tuesdays through August 31 | 5pm-8pm
Tuesdays, September | 5pm-7pm
The track offers light elevation changes and a number of configurations so that visitors can pick the length of their trek, as well as being wide with adequate space for slow or fast-moving trekkers. The facility offers restrooms, showers, a Michelin inflation station and a picnic area at the Kimberlee A. Fast Pavilion.
Pets are also welcome as long as they are on a leash and owners clean up after their animals. Roller blades and roller skates are welcome, but skateboards and anything motorized are not allowed. Skaters and cyclists are required to wear helmets.
