Trunk or Treat events bring fun for kids and adults
The rain didn’t stop kids and adults alike from having a great time during Heroes Fest in Bowling Green on October 30! Kids dressed in costume and had the chance to meet members of local emergency service departments. The event was sponsored by Medical Center EMS and took place on the campus of The Medical Center. Participating organizations included the Bowling Green Police Department, Bowling Green Fire Department, WKU Police, Plano Fire Department – Bowling Green, Browning Fire Department, Woodburn Volunteer Fire Department, Richardsville Fire Department, Gott Fire Department, Barren River Fire Department, Air Evac Lifeteam 62 – Bowling Green, and the Smiths Grove Volunteer Fire Department.
In Glasgow, Barren River Regional Cancer Center hosted a trunk or treat event for all the local kids on October 31. Thank you to everyone who participated!
