Three from Med Center Health going Over The Edge next week!

Three Med Center Health employees will be going Over The Edge next weekend to support the Barren River Child Advocacy Center: Dr. Ian Stines with Med Center Health Heart, Lung & Vascular Surgeons, Dr. Ben Banasiewicz with Med Center Health’s Women’s Health Specialists, and Amy Hardin, Executive Director at Med Center Health Foundation. These three will be going Over The Edge on September 15. This event opens to the public on Saturday, September 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring your family out to watch the rappelling and enjoy children’s activities, food trucks and more.

Their support of the Barren River Child Advocacy Center by rappelling over the edge embodies Med Center Health’s mission of caring for people and improving lives in our communities. The Center offers a child-friendly location where teams of professionals work together to pursue justice and offer treatment for child sexual abuse victims. Proceeds from Over The Edge will support these services and help the Center increase its prevention efforts.
