Shot At A Million first drawing July 2!

Whether you were vaccinated against COVID-19 recently or months ago, thank you for doing your part to keep our community safe. Because you have received at least one dose of the vaccine, you can enter Team Kentucky’s Shot At A Million drawings at shotatamillion.ky.gov. Still need to get the vaccine so you can enter the drawings?* Visit MedCenterHealth.org/Vaccines to find out how.

There are two types of drawings:

  • Kentuckians 18 years old and older who have received at least their first dose of a Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, or the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine, may enter to win one of three $1 million drawings.
  • Kentuckians 12 to 17 years old who have received at least their first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine may enter to win one of 15 full scholarships to a Kentucky public college, university, technical or trade school, which includes tuition, room-and-board and books.

Winners will be announced by Governor Andy Beshear on July 2, July 30 and August 27.

Who is eligible to enter the drawing?

  • Permanent residents of Kentucky who have received at least the first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines or the one dose of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. Permanent residents of Kentucky are eligible even if they received the vaccine in a different state.

Who is not eligible to enter the drawing?

  • Nonresidents of Kentucky, inmates incarcerated for a felony, and employees of the Office of the Governor of Kentucky, the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, and Kentucky Interactive, LLC, or blood relative or spouse of such employees or anyone living in same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter the drawing.
