Med Center Health Welcomes Amanda McGeorge, M.D.
Med Center Health is pleased to welcome Amanda McGeorge, M.D. to our team at Primary Care Scottsville. Dr. McGeorge helps manage the healthcare needs of men and women, whether that be treating illness or a chronic health condition or providing preventive care. In addition to her clinic practice, she will also help provide physician coverage for residents of Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care.
Dr. McGeorge believes the best care comes from shared decision-making, where patients are empowered and informed partners. Her goal is always to support each person in achieving their best possible health and quality of life.
“I look forward to building long-term relationships with my patients, walking with them through every stage of adult life,” says Dr. McGeorge.
A native of Monroe County, Dr. McGeorge was a member of the inaugural class of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine-Bowling Green Campus. After earning her medical degree, she completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
