Med Center Health honored with Healthcare Enterprise Award

The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced Med Center Health is a recipient of their annual Healthcare Enterprise Award. This recognition is for healthcare organizations that expanded operations in 2019, investing capital and creating new jobs for local residents.

In 2019, Med Center Health invested approximately $18.9 million in capital. This includes construction, new technology, and improvements to infrastructure. In fiscal year 2020, which covers much of 2019, Med Center Health provided more than $116.6 million in uncompensated benefit to our communities, including $8.6 million in charity care.
