On October 25, the Horses and Hope pink Mustang made a “pit stop” at Western Kentucky Diagnostic Imaging to help spread awareness of breast cancer. Horses and Hope, founded by former Kentucky First Lady Jane Beshear, is an initiative of the Kentucky Cancer Program, the state-mandated cancer control program, to increase breast cancer awareness, education, screening and treatment referrals and to honor breast cancer survivors through special events. The Horses and Hope pink car travels the state for programs and special events.
