Garden Spot Run 2023 this Saturday

It’s not too late to participate in the Garden Spot 5K Run and 5K Walk, proudly sponsored by The Medical Center at Franklin. Online registration has closed; however, Race Day registration is available on Saturday, August 12 from 5:30 to 6:45 am. Registration will stop promptly at 6:45 am to allow for electronic timing entry.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Held annually in beautiful downtown Franklin, this event attracts a sizable crowd for a day out filled with fun and awards!  The primarily flat course carries participants through historic downtown Franklin and into beautiful, partially shaded residential areas, finishing back at the old Simpson County Courthouse.  

Young folks will enjoy the Chaney’s Dairy Barn Kids Fun Run on Friday night as kids ten years old and younger may run the course down College Street and back to the square.

It all adds up to a great weekend in Franklin!
