MCH Seasonal Influenza Vaccine Program 2022-2023
The Med Center Health’s 2022-2023 flu vaccine program theme is “Fighting the Flu Starts with YOU!” So, you may ask, how is the fight going? Our program goal was to reach 90%, which was a stretch considering our previous flu season vaccine participation rate was only 79%. Currently our rate is 85%. Way to go, MCH!!
Part of our program was offering incentives for participation rate milestones. We were able to randomly draw 5 winners at 80%, 5 winners at 85% and if we reach 90%, by June 30, 2023, we will be able to draw 5 more winners! Below is a listing of the prizes the program offered & the random draw winners:

Although our flu program for employees is winding down, MCH Employee Health will continue to give the flu vaccine until June 30, 2023, as recommended by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Employee Health continues to track and immunize onboarding new hires. Those declining the flu vaccine are required to mask until June 30, 2023, while at work.
