Fashion Show and Luncheon Benefit AHA

On March 16, the American Heart Association Fashion Show & Luncheon was held at The Medical Center-WKU Health Sciences Complex. The Medical Center and Alpha Theta have partnered together for over 40 years to raise support and awareness for the American Heart Association. The event featured a fashion show with clothing from the local Kenzie Parker Boutique. Models from Med Center Health included Katrina Wood, Chief Nursing Officer; Melanie Chestnut, Lead Clinical Dietitian; and, Jennifer Han, Staff Development Educator.

With 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales, raffle tickets and donations benefiting the local American Heart Association, more than $3,400 was raised from the luncheon.
