The Charity Ball 7-Day Gulf Shores Getaway raffle is now officially underway! 100% of all funds raised will benefit direct patient care at The Community Clinic and The Dental Clinic. The winner will enjoy seven days in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama at La Bonne Vie, a three-story, four-bedroom beach house. Many thanks to Dr. Donna Blackburn and family, who are donating this fabulous prize!
RAFFLE DETAILS
- Raffle tickets are $50 each – Only 350 tickets printed!
- Drawing will be held at the Charity Ball on November 13, 2021 at 10 pm. (Do not need to be present to win.)
- Online purchases will be honored until 7:30pm.

- When purchasing online, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address and phone, and will drop the ticket in the drawing cage. The ticket stub will be mailed to you as your receipt.
