Employees can earn up to $3,000 for referring a nurse or allied professional
Our employees are our best recruiters and that is why we’re asking you to reach out to your family, friends, and neighbors to join us in actively recruiting new employees. As a thank you for your efforts, we are excited to offer you up to $3,000 if your referred applicant is hired in a full-time position.
If you refer an applicant that is hired in a full-time or part-time position, you can earn between $250 and $3,000.
If you have candidates you would like to refer to Human Resources, they can submit an application online at mchcareers.net, and select Employee Referral when answering “How did you find out about this position?” Please make sure they list your name on the application for “Referred By.”
