The new COVID-19 Vaccine has arrived at Med Center Health!  It is available by contacting any of the Employee Health representatives below to schedule an appointment.

Why get your COVID-19 vaccine? 

According to CDC the vaccine protects you in the following ways:

  • COVID-19 vaccines are a safe and effective way to protect people from getting seriously ill, hospitalization or dying.
  • Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is a safer, more reliable way to build protection than getting sick with COVID-19.
  • COVID-19 vaccines can offer added protection to people who had COVID-19, including protection against hospitalization from a new infection.

We have lots of other reasons: 

Family Fun Day – employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine by October 16 will be entered into a drawing for family fun day prize package. The prize package includes:   Regal Gift Card $100, Mellow Mushroom Gift Card $100, and Bruster’s Ice Cream Gift Card for $50. 

Everything Electronic Day – employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine by October 23 will be entered into a drawing where you can select one of the following prizes:  Apple Watch or Apple Air Pods. There will be two lucky winners!

Cool Camper Day – employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine by October 30 will be entered into a drawing for a camping prize package. The prize package includes:  Yeti Roadie 48 Wheeled Cooler, Hexnub Cooler Box Waterproof Light, Chillbo Shwaggins Inflatable Couch and a 19 in 1 Survival Kit (Package Valued @ $500).

Employees who receive the COVID-19 vaccine by December 5 will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Visa Gift Card.   There will be five lucky winners! 

Any employee who receives the COVID-19 vaccine outside of Med Center Health should submit documentation to EHVAX@mchealth.net by December 5.
