April Employee of the Month – Crystal Bullington
Congratulations to Crystal Bullington for being named Employee of the Month for April 2025. Crystal is a Clinical Staff Nurse with Home Health. Crystal was nominated for her outstanding efforts and contributions to Med Center Health’s mission, vision, and values. The following is a submission from Crystal’s coworker:
“Crystal exemplifies true passion and care in her role as a nurse. Whether it’s for family or patients, her dedication to ensuring everyone’s well-being is unwavering. She brings joy to her patients with thoughtful gestures, such as surprising them with their favorite drink during her weekly visits. Her commitment extends beyond her professional duties—she frequently checks in with patients after discharge and makes unplanned visits to those admitted to the hospital or swing bed, just to see how they are doing. Crystal is also incredibly proactive. She is often the first to know when her patients are being discharged from the hospital and ensures that our office has the necessary orders in place for prompt follow-up care. Whenever there’s a need for extra help, she’s quick to volunteer, whether it’s covering for extra on-call shifts or picking up extra visits. Recently, Crystal has even started visiting physician offices to expedite the signing and return of orders, helping to facilitate timely billing. I am truly fortunate to have Crystal on our Home Care team, and I know her patients deeply appreciate her, as well.” – Kasey Matthews
