DESCRIPTION:Med Center Health’s Make the Season Bright program offers a simple and heartfelt way for you to remember someone special during the upcoming holiday season. The Medical Center Albany offers you the opportunity to purchase a poinsettia in Honor or Memory of a loved one. These symbols of honor and remembrance remain on display until the end of the year.  \n\n\n\n5:30 pm Carols\, Cookies\, & Cocoa6 pm Presentation of the Poinsettia “Tree”The funds raised through each local event will be used to promote specific non-profit initiatives at each hospital. \n\n\n\nWe invites you to join us for one or many\, of the Make the Season Bright celebration ceremonies held at each of our six Medical Center Locations.  \n\n\n\nIf you are interested in purchasing a light in Honor or Memory of a loved one purchase it HERE.
