His research has been cited by the National Institutes of Health and its equivalent in the UK, the National Institute for Health Research, as well as many other prestigious publications. His current research focuses on reducing the risk of infection after surgery and on how to improve the lifespan of joint replacements.

Personal Statement:

“My favorite thing about my job is the instant relief that I can give my patients. Joint replacement surgery is a quality-of-life surgery. There are people who have not been able to play with their grandchildren or maintain gainful employment, and we can give that back to them. This is truly an amazing, life-changing surgery, and I’m so fortunate to be able to do that for my patients.”
