Employee of the Month – Ashleigh Emberton

“Ashleigh goes above and beyond in making sure that patient needs are met. She leads the team in communication with patient admissions and discharges. If patients have social determinants of health issues, Ashleigh is proactive in getting resources to meet the needs of patients.
Her proactiveness and communication style enhances the quality of care that is provided to our patients. Not only does Ashleigh positively impact patients, but she has a bubbly and positive personality that creates a collaborative unity within the MCF team. Everyone loves Ashleigh’s positive and fun personality and enjoys working with her! Overall, Ashleigh knows how to do her job efficiently while having fun doing it.
