Prepared Childbirth Series

This is a series of classes that covers information on preparing for labor & delivery. We will learn about the onset and stages of labor and delivery. We will watch videos, discuss medical interventions, medication options and C-Section, just in case. Positioning, relaxation, and breathing will be practiced. Your registration includes one person to attend with you. If you want to take the Breastfeeding Basic class or the Newborn Care and Safety class, you will need to register separately for them. No need to bring anything with you to the first class.

This series will meet on Tuesday, February 7th, 14th and 21st. The first class will meet at the Med Center Health auditorium.
