Evaluating Goals and Getting Back on Track for 2021

Part three of the three-part series, Prepare for Balanced Health in 2021, this class helps you review and reassess your January goals by sharing successes and struggles. Learn about the most common barriers to weight loss and their impact on your health-stress, lack of sleep and poor nutrition intake. Be encouraged to continue in your current goals or get motivated again to recommit to achieving new goals. The virtual class will be held via Zoom.
