Respiratory Therapist Agency Program
Med Center Health’s new Respiratory Therapist Agency Program offers experienced respiratory therapists flexibility, commitment, and premium pay. This program is designed to strengthen our core staff and provide the highest quality care for our communities.
OPTION 1: Agency Respiratory Therapist – No Benefits (Full Time Only)
Compensation:
- $60 per hour – night shift
- Eligible for overtime
- Not eligible for holiday pay
- Not eligible for extra shift incentives
- Not eligible for annual wage increases
- No Benefits
Requirements:
- 36 hours per week
- Holiday Rotation
- Every third weekend
- Floating to multiple units required
- 1 year of experience required; 2 years strongly preferred
Work Commitment:
- 13 weeks
OPTION 2: Agency Respiratory Therapist with Benefits (Full Time Only)
Compensation:
- $50.00 per hour
- Eligible for overtime and holiday pay
- Not eligible for extra shift incentives
- Not eligible for annual wage increases
- Full Time Benefits included
Requirements:
- 36 hours per week
- Holiday Rotation
- Every third weekend
- Floating to multiple units required
- 1 year of experience required; 2 years strongly preferred
Work Commitment:
- 6 months
